Dholera Smart City
Dholera Smart City is a planned city in Gujarat, India, being developed as part of the Gujarat Industrial Development Corridor (GIDC) project. The city is expected to be a major economic hub, with a focus on manufacturing, logistics, and tourism. It is being designed to be a "smart city", with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and livability. Dholera SIR is a Special Investment Region (SIR) in Gujarat, India. It is one of the eight industrial Greenfield cities being developed in the first phase of the 100 billion-dollar Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) project. Dholera SIR is located 100 kilometers from Ahmedabad and has a total area of 920 square kilometers. The city is expected to be a major economic hub, with a focus on manufacturing, logistics, and tourism.
